7/24 Hotline Remote Support

In order to maximize the system uptime, our technical support specialists are available 7/24 to provide remote support of diagnostics and recovery for software and control systems via VPN login to the automation system.

Preventive Maintenance

In order to maximize the lifetime of the systems, our preventive maintenance technicians provide quarterly/half-yearly/annual preventive mechanical, electrical and software preventive maintenance of the automation systems. We will identify the parts to be replaced before any potential breakdown.

Onsite Support

In case the customers wish to have onsite system support, we are able to deploy our field service engineers to provide onsite services and support following the customers’ operation shift hours.

Spare Parts Management

Identify and advise the customers to order suitable spare parts based on frequency of replacement, critically, availability and lead time.

System Expansion / Enhancement & Upgrading

We can provide comprehensive proposal for the followings:
  • System expansion due to growth or change of the customers’ business;
  • Enhancement of functionality for business and operation optimization;
  • Upgrading due to discontinuation of parts such of PLC and other mechanical/electrical components
